Your protection begins the day you complete your Mode financing and purchase ModePlus VSC protection. Yes, you can cancel your ModePlus VSC by contacting American Auto Guardian, LLC, P.O. Box 925, Arlington Heights, IL 60006-0925 1-888-919-3629. If you cancel your contract within 60 days, and no claims were filed, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 60 days, or if a claim was filed, you will receive a prorated refund.1
